But let's slow down a bit.

Since there are more than seven workouts here, I will double (or maybe even triple) up a few days a week and do a few of the shorter ones rather than just one of the longer ones. And, of course, I will happily share my progress here (probably on Fridays!)
I've already blogged about P90X, but those aren't the only workout videos I use. I am in love with the folks at Yoga Today (Adi Amar is my girl!) and love seeing what new videos they have out each week. Plus they have a bunch of free shorter videos available on their YouTube channel which is fantastic.
I only recently started using the FitSugar videos but I am liking them. Let me know if you find them helpful or not.
And lastly, who actually does the Pinterest workouts? Anyone? Well, I'm about to change that. Once a week I will pick one of the many Pinterest workouts that I have on my fitness board and actually do one! Which one should be first?
